1. Brand Position & Philosophy
Sesotho Fashioneng (SF) is a premium fashion house rooted in Basotho heritage and expressed through contemporary design. Each product represents a fusion of cultural identity, craftsmanship, and modern luxury.
By purchasing from SF, the client participates in a cultural exchange and acquires an authentic piece of the brand’s evolving narrative.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through SF’s official platforms, including sf.co.ls, affiliated digital stores, and authorized distribution channels.
The client expressly waives any conflicting terms unless formally agreed in writing by Sesotho Fashioneng.
3. Product Authenticity & Ownership
All SF products are original creations and may include unique identifiers such as QR authentication systems, serialized references, or digital certificates of ownership.
Ownership of an SF product does not grant rights to reproduce, replicate, or commercially exploit any design, pattern, or branding element, including signature works such as Taise la maweekend.
4. Pricing & Currency
Prices are listed in Maloti (LSL) unless otherwise stated.
For regional (SADC) and international clients:
Prices may be displayed in other currencies for convenience
Final billing will reflect the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction
SF reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, particularly for limited releases or exclusive collections.
5. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at the point of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include:
Mobile money platforms
Bank transfers
Debit and credit cards
Integrated digital payment gateways
Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
6. Order Acceptance & Exclusivity
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Due to the nature of limited collections:
Certain products may not be restocked
SF may limit quantities per customer
Orders may be declined to maintain brand integrity or prevent unauthorized resale
7. Delivery & Fulfilment
SF delivers locally, regionally, and internationally.
Lesotho: 1 to 5 working days
SADC Region: 3 to 10 working days
International: 7 to 21 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or external factors.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
SF is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs clearance processes.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Brand Protection
Returns or exchanges are subject to strict quality control:
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:
Limited edition or exclusive releases
Custom or personalized products
Items that show signs of wear or alteration
SF reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days via the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
11. Product Representation & Craftsmanship
SF strives to present all products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to production processes or digital display differences.
These variations are considered part of the product’s uniqueness and not defects.
12. Intellectual Property & Cultural Protection
All designs, branding, patterns, and creative elements associated with Sesotho Fashioneng remain the exclusive property of SF.
Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Sesotho Fashioneng respects customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.
Data collected during transactions is used strictly for:
Order processing
Delivery coordination
Customer communication
SF does not sell or misuse customer data.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SF shall not be liable for:

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho.
For regional and international transactions, cross-border trade principles may apply, but disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lesotho courts unless otherwise agreed.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
